Branding and Communications Advisor

This role reports to the Head of Marketing and Business Development and is responsible for planning and executing brand and communications strategies and programs for brand building and driving business growth.



  • Develop and execute branding and communication strategies in line with the Company’s business objectives.
  • Plan and manage the design, content, and production of marketing materials, PR and branding campaigns, including brochures, souvenirs, events, website and social media content, newsletters, presentation and press release, etc..
  • Execute strategic marketing plan, including store promotions and campaigns to drive sales growth for the non-gas retail business.
  • Manage brands’ assets and ensure all related materials comply with the brand guidelines.
  • Organize internal and external corporate events and activities.
  • Provide communication support to internal stakeholders during crisis situations and unexpected events.
  • Assist in handling public enquiries and complaints.
  • Cultivate and maintain positive relationships with the media to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
  • Drive and oversee corporate-level social responsibility initiatives and campaigns.



  • Degree holder in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or Translation / or related discipline.
  • 5 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, public relations, or crisis management.
  • Sound skills in brand building and event management.
  • Strong project management and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, able to work independently and attentive to details.
  • Team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • With creative thinking, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications.
