HOW LPG CONTRIBUTES TO SUSTAINABILITY
Our product Liquified Petroleum Gas (LPG) is promoted for use by the World LPG Association (“WLPGA”) to “foster a safer, cleaner, healthier and more prosperous world”.
LPG releases almost no suspended particles and soot during the combustion process, and the total carbon dioxide emissions per megajoule of LPG (during the entire life cycle including refining, manufacturing, logistics and use of LPG) is 0.0715 kilograms. The carbon footprint of LPG is 20% less than that produced by heating oil and 50% less than that produced by coal.
