DSG Energy has been honored with four prestigious awards at the Hong Kong Customer Contact Centre Association (HKCCA) Awards. Since its establishment in 2000, the HKCCA Awards have aimed to recognize outstanding customer service. The awards are known for their rigorous selection criteria, which include site visits, mystery call assessments, and interviews to ensure that participants meet high standards of service quality. Each year, numerous companies participate and undergo strict screening to ultimately select exceptional customer service teams and individuals. The HKCCA Awards are highly regarded in the industry and serve as an important benchmark for evaluating and enhancing service quality.
