DSG Energy awarded the “Good MPF Employer Award” by the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA)

DSG Energy Limited (“DSG Energy”) is pleased to announce that we have been awarded the Good MPF Employer Award by the Mandatory Provident Fund Schemes Authority (MPFA).  This award requires employers to fulfil certain criteria, such as participating in an MPR scheme for at least one year, complying with Employer’s Statutory Obligations (such as making contributions) and offering MPF voluntary contributions for employees.

DSG Energy have achieved this by continually providing education to employees on the MPF scheme and assisting them consolidate their accounts.  New employees receive a specialised MPF enrolment kit to ease the process.  In addition, an MPF Seminar was organised for all employees on 30th January 2019 on Market Outlook, Asset Switching, Member Services etc.  The seminar presentation slides, which include Fund Performance Review and the MPF Scheme’s website and hotline were also made available on the company intranet, ensuring easy access to the information.

DSG Energy have also consistently submitted contribution data electronically via Internet systems, fulfilling eligibility for an e-Contribution Award as well.

The Good MPF Employer Award (the Award) has been launched for five consecutive years. The Award aims to not only cultivate employers’ responsibility under the law, but also encourage employers’ efforts to further enhance the retirement protection of their employees.
