DSG Energy won two awards at Hong Kong Call Centre Association (HKCCA) Awards 2019

 

DSG Energy Limited (“DSG Energy”) delegated customer service centre – Shell Gas Customer Service Centre, clinched “Mystery Caller Assessment Award 2019 – Gold Award” (Commerce, Government and Utilities) for 3 consecutive years, and obtained “Inbound Contact Centre of the Year 2019 – Silver Award” at the Hong Kong Call Centre Association (HKCCA) Awards 2019, hosted by the Hong Kong Call Centre Association (HKCCA).

To create extraordinary customer experience and drive technological and environmental friendliness, we stepped up digital & touchless services to LPG market with the new launch of “myDSG” App and E-Platform for piped household.

The HKCCA Awards, organised by the Hong Kong Call Centre Association, aim to recognise customer service excellence in the services industry. Inaugurated in 2000, the annual competition selects the best customer service teams and individuals among participating organisations through on-site inspections, mystery caller assessments, and interviews. The HKCCA Awards are some of the most highly regarded and recognised accolades in the customer service industry.
