DSG Energy won two awards at Hong Kong Customer Contact Association (HKCCA) Awards 2022

 

DSG Energy are thrilled to win our first GOLD Award in Inbound Contact Centre of the Year, as well as our 6th GOLD Award in Mystery Customer Assessment Award for six consecutive years, with both awards falling under the Public Service and Utilities category at the Hong Kong Customer Contact Association (HKCCA) Awards 2022.

 

Demonstrating our best-in-class customer service of the industry and collaborative growth with our partners to deliver excellent service to LPG customers in Hong Kong and Macau, we have once again proven our dedication in driving Customer Excellence. This is a recognition to our management and frontline and exemplifies our commitment to meet our customers’ demands for high quality and reliable energy supply through these challenging yet fulfilling times. Once again, we would like to give a huge applause to our fantastic team for achieving yet another milestone in our Customer Excellence journey!

 

The HKCCA Awards, organised by the Hong Kong Customer Contact Association, aims to recognise customer service excellence in the services industry. Inaugurated in 2000, the annual competition selects the best customer service teams and individuals among participating organisations through on-site inspections, mystery caller assessments, and interviews. The HKCCA Awards are some of the most highly regarded and recognised accolades in the customer service industry.
