Summer Intern – Business Excellence

Responsibilities:

• Undergo a structured internship program for 8 weeks with on-the-job training (project management, business presentation, etc.), guidance, sites visit and mentoring;
• Gain work experience as our Business Analyst to evaluate and analyse customer experience measurement scales for both gas and non-gas retail businesses;
• Gain exposure to the top customer service metrics, the energy sector, retail business, our industry partners, products, and services.

Requirements:

• University student of Master/Bachelor degree in any discipline;
• Possess strong problem solving, communication, analytical and interpersonal skills;
• Proactive, self-motivated, able to work independently, and good organizing skills;
• Good IT knowledge and proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook).
