Braised Pork Tender Bone with Tomatoes

Ingredients:
• 350g Pork tender bone
• 3 pc Tomatoes
• 1 pc Onion
• 2 cloves Garlic
• 2 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
• 4 Tbsp Ketchup
• 2 Tbsp Soy sauce
• 2 Tbsp Rice Wine
• 180 ml Water
• Brown Sugar
• Ginger
Steps:
1. Cut the tomatoes, onion and garlic, then set aside.
2. Boil pork tender bones with rice wine and ginger for 5 mins.
3. Set aside.
4. Add oil in a pan on medium heat.
5. Add garlic, onion and fry until fragrant.
6. Add pork tender bones.
7. Add tomatoes, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, light soy sauce, light brown sugar, water and mix well.
8. Cover the lid, cook for 40 minutes in medium heat.
9. Ready to serve!
