Crispy OmniPork TonKatsu

Ingredients:
• OmniPork 1 pack (230g)
• Plain Flour 5 tbsps (75g)
• Breadcrumb 1 cup (90g)
• White Pepper Powder 1 tsp (5g)
• Ginger Juice 1 tbsp (15ml)
• Salt 1/2 tsp (3g)
Steps:
1. Mix OmniPork with seasoning well, then divide into 2 and shape them into patties.
2. Heat a pan and pour in 1 tbsp oil, pan-fry OmniPork patties over medium heat for 30 seconds each side, cool down and set aside.
3. Mix 5 tbsps plain flour with 4 tbsps water until it becomes a batter. Dip in batter until evenly spread onto OmniPork patties.
4. Spread breadcrumbs evenly onto OmniPork patties and sit for 10 minutes.
5. Heat oil in a pot to 160°C and deep-fry OmniPork patties for 1 minute 30 seconds (Flip once halfway).
6. Place patties on kitchen paper to soak up excess oil.
7. Heat oil to 180°C and deep-fry OmniPork patties for 30s to 45s until golden brown, then plate them up. Enjoy!
