Scrambled Eggs with Shrimp

Ingredients:
• 10 shrimp
• 3 eggs
• 1 scallion
Seasoning:
• 1/2 teaspoon of cooking wine
• 1/4 teaspoon of sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon of salt
Steps:
1. Peel and devein the shrimp. Wash and pat dry. Cut in halves.
2. Beat the eggs. Add sugar and salt to season.
3. Chop the scallion.
4. Sauté the scallion. Add the shrimp. Drizzle the cooking wine and stir fry until fully cooked.
5. Turn to low heat and add the eggs. Mix well with the shrimp.
