Easy Chicken Wings with Dried Lily Flowers

Ingredients:

• 500g Chicken Wings
• 10g Wood-ear Mushrooms
• 10g Lily Flowers
• To taste Oyster Sauce
• To taste Sugar
• 3-4 slices Ginger
• To taste cooking wine

Steps:
1. Defrost chicken wings.
2. soak the wood-ear mushroom and lily flowers in water. After soaking, remove the ends of the lily flowers.

3. Pan fry the wood-ear and lily flower until fragrant。

4. Pan fry the chicken wings and the aromatics together until fragrant. Add cooking wine and water as needed. Add wood-ear mushroom and lily flowers back with oyster sauce and sugar. Stir fry until fully cooked. 。
