Chawan Mushi (Japanese Steamed Egg)

Ingredients:
• Egg 2 pcs
• Milk 50 ml
• Water 200 ml
• Sesame 1 tsp
• Soy Sauce 1 tsp
• Spinach 40g
• Crab stick 3 pcs
• Mushroom 2 pcs
• Carrot Half
• Shrimp 4-5 pcs
Steps:
1. Slice and prepare spinach, crab stick, mushroom and shrimp.
2. Beat the eggs and whisk it gently with sesame oil, soy sauce, milk and water.
3. Boil shrimps and carrot for 3 minutes.
4. Add spinach, crab stick, sliced mushroom inside the container.
5. Strain through a sieve and pour egg mixture inside.
6. Add mushroom, shrimp and carrot on top as decoration.
7. Set to medium heat, steam egg for 8 minutes.
8. Ready to serve.
