Choy Sum with Garlic and Goji Berries

Ingredients:
• 500g choy sum
• 4 cloves of garlic
• 1 tablespoon of goji berry
• 250ml chicken stock
• Some oyster sauce
• A pinch of salt
• A pinch of sugar

Steps:
1. Peel the garlic and soak the goji berries in water for about 15 minutes.
2. Pan fry the garlic on low heat until they are brown.
3. Add the choy sum and pan fry on high heat. Season with salt, sugar and oyster sauce.
4. Pour in the chicken stock and goji berries. Once it starts boiling, change to low heat and cook for 5-10 more minutes.
