Creamy Garlic Mussels

Ingredients:
• Pre-cooked mussels 1 pack
• Shallots 3g
• Garlic 5g
• White wine 1 cup
• Whipping cream 1 cup
• Butter 2 tablespoon
• Dried parsley ½ teaspoon
• Salt 1 teaspoon
Steps:
1. Add garlic and shallot to the pan and cook until soft and translucent over medium heat.
2. Add in mussels and continue to fry.
3. Add white wine and cover with lid for 5 minutes.
4. Turn to low heat and add lemon juice and fresh cream.
5. Add butter, salt and dried parsley.
6. Cook for another 3 minutes over medium-low heat until the mussels have opened.
7. Ready to serve.
