Fried Garlic Shoot with Pork Belly

Servings:3 – 4 persons

Ingredients:
• Garlic shoot 250 g
• Pork belly 300 g
• Soy sauce 30 g
• Dark soy sauce 15 g
• Sugar 30 g
• Rice wine 1.5 cup
• Chili 1 pc

Steps:

1. Boil the pork for 10 minutes and discard the scum.


2. Run under cold water until cool.


3. Slice the pork belly.


4. Mix the soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar together until well combined.


5. Slice the chili.


6. Heat oil in the pan over high heat and fry the chili.


7. Add the pork slices and fry until browned on all sides.


8. Add the seasoning and continue to cook for 5 minutes.


9. Add the garlic shoots and rice wine.


10. Cover and simmer for 2 minutes over medium heat.


11. Ready to serve.
