Ginger Fried Rice

Ingredients:

• To preference (at least 2 tablespoons) of Ginger
• 2 cups of (cooked)White rice
• 22-3 Eggs
• 100g Minced pork
• To taste Salt

Steps:
1. Finely dice the ginger.
2. Combine the raw eggs and rice and mix well by hand.

3. Stir-fry the ginger in a little cooking oil until fragrant. Add the pork and salt to taste.

4. Once the pork is cooked add the rice and stir-fry until the egg is cooked. Serve immediately.
