OmniPork Strip Hot and Sour Soup

Ingredients:
• OmniPork Strip 2/3 pack (100g)
• Carrot (Shredded) 1/2 pc (30g)
• Bamboo Shoots (Shredded) 80 g
• Shiitake Mushroom (Soaked, Shredded) 4 pcs (76g)
• Tofu (Shredded) 400 g
• Coriander (Chopped) As appropriate
• Ginger (Sliced) As appropriate
• Potato Starch 2 tbsps (30g)
• Water 200 ml
• Vegetarian Broth 1 L
• Light Soy Sauce 1 tbsp (15ml)
• Dark Soy Sauce 1 tsp (5ml)
• White Pepper Powder 2-3 tsps (15g)
• Mushroom Powder 1 tsp (5g)
• Chinkiang Vinegar 1 tbsp (15ml)
• Sesame Oil A little
• Salt 1 tsp (5g)
• Sugar 1 tsp (5g)
Steps:
1. Slightly thaw OmniPork Strip and wash throughout under running water, then shred the thick OmniPork strips.
2. Heat oil in a pan, stir-fry ginger slices until aromatic and stir in OmniPork, and cook until fragrant, then set aside.
3. Stir-fry carrot until softened, then add shiitake mushroom and cook until aromatic. Add bamboo shoots and stir well.
4. Turn to low heat and stir in light soy sauce, then pour in 1L vegetarian broth or water and mushroom powder. Turn to high heat and bring them to a boil.
5. Mix 2 tablespoons potato starch with 200ml water, then stir in the mixture gradually, stir until desired thickness.
6. Add the remaining seasoning, then add OmniPork strip and tofu, stir well and garnish with coriander.
Cooking Tips:
Adjust the ratio between ingredients and seasoning according to your preferences.
You can replace the broth with water.
