Pan-Fried Shrimp Patty

Ingredients:
• 500g fresh shrimp
Marinade:
• 1/2 teaspoon of sugar
• 1 teaspoon of salt
• 1 teaspoon of cooking wine
• 1 teaspoon of water
• 1/2 teaspoon of cornstarch
Steps:
1. Keep the fresh shrimp in the fridge for 1 hour. Then, peel and devein.
2. Rinse the shrimp with water and pat dry. Use a knife to smash it and chop finely.
3. Put in the marinade and stir in one direction using a pair of chopsticks, until the paste becomes sticky.
4. Put in the fridge for 1 hour.
5. Heat the pan on medium heat. Use a spoon to take small amounts of shrimp paste and flatten it. Pan fry on medium heat until both sides are golden.
