Scallion Oil Noodles

Ingredients:
• Sliced noodles 4 pcs
• Soy sauce 40 g
• Dark soy sauce 25 g
• Sugar 15 g
• Shallots 4 pcs
• Scallions 100 g
Steps:
1. Cut the scallions into shorter lengths and slice the shallot.
2. Heat the pan and add oil, scallions and shallots.
3. Allow the scallions to crisp up under medium-low heat.
4. Set the scallion oil aside.
5. Add the soy sauce, dark soy sauce and sugar, and mix well until melted.
6. Mix the soy sauce mixture with the scallion oil.
7. Cook the sliced noodles in boiling water until soft.
8. Drain the cooked noodles.
9. Mix the noodles with the hot scallion soy sauce mixture.
10. Ready to serve.
